Oolong is in between a black and green tea. Teas go through a period of oxidisation whereby a black tea is fully oxidised to create a dark leaf, contributing to flavour and aroma and green teas are gently steamed to stop the oxidisation process to keep a green light delicate leaf. Oolong teas are part-oxidised, it has the strength and ‘pick me up’ of a black tea with the delicate sweetness of a green tea. Smooth and creamy in texture this milk Oolong is a firm favourite of ours.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes for 3-5 minutes.
