From the lower hills of the Wuyi Mountain range of Fujian Province in Eastern China, this fantastic tea grows in soil which naturally gives the leaf a light tarry character. The leaves are fired over wood chippings to enhance the bold smokey flavour of this black tea.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes.
